I've Been Asking My Notion AI PA to Explain My Business To Me
I do this regularly to check if what I fed it in it's knowledgebase is still current and up to date.
What it gave me back can be valuable for you as well,
so I though I share it with you here
(if you like to have a "little" read).
It shows you how detailed I instructed it about me and my business, and it will explain to you what you got yourself into here in FSGT :)
------
I asked: If you were to explain my business to someone, how would you explain it when your use "@mention community Bible"
This is what it gave me back:
-----
“Your business helps Skool owners grow without losing the people they built the community for.”
CMO speaking.
I’d explain it like this:
Laura Paulina helps Skool community owners create communities that feel calm, connected, and easier to run as they grow.
The business serves online educators and course creators who care deeply about their members, but feel stretched by the repeated work of running a community: welcoming people, keeping them moving, answering the same questions, knowing who needs support, and keeping the energy alive without being constantly “on.”
The front door is FSGT, the free community. That is where people discover Laura’s work and start becoming steadier operators. They learn how to create clearer paths, quicker wins, warmer welcome flows, simple weekly rhythms, and better ways to keep members moving.
The paid layer is AOSE, where members learn how to use AI, Notion, Skill Pages, databases, and simple workflows as a supportive operating layer behind the community. The point is not to automate away the human touch. The point is to give the owner more context, more visibility, and more time to actually be present with their members.
So the simplest explanation is:
Laura helps Skool owners stay close to every member as their community grows, using calm community design, member journeys, weekly rhythms, and AI-hybrid systems that make the community easier to run without making it feel robotic.
Or, if I had to say it in one sentence:
Laura helps caring Skool owners build communities that keep moving, stay personal, and become easier to manage as they grow.
-----
Then I asked it: How are her communities structured to be able to manage 2 communities?
This is what it gave me back:
-----
“The two communities are structured like one ecosystem, not two separate businesses.”
COO speaking.
Laura manages two communities by giving each one a clear job.
FSGT is the free front door. It is where people discover the work, watch the free walkthroughs, and start learning how to become steadier Skool operators. It builds trust through simple, useful guidance.
AOSE is the paid operating layer. It is where the done-for-you resources, AI workflows, Notion systems, Skill Pages, templates, and deeper implementation live. This is where people get the shortcut instead of building everything from scratch.
The structure works because every offer has two connected pieces:
A free walkthrough lives in FSGT and teaches the concept.
A paid resource lives in AOSE and gives them the working version.
So Laura does not have to create two separate content worlds. She creates one production, then places the “what to do” side in FSGT and the “how to implement it faster” side in AOSE.
That means the communities support each other.
FSGT creates awareness, trust, and desire.
AOSE delivers the deeper support and paid experience.
Together, they create a simple path: Someone finds FSGT → learns from the free content → wants the shortcut → starts the AOSE trial → gets the full resource and operating layer.
That is how she can manage both without doubling the work.
The communities share the same strategy, the same content engine, and the same member journey.
They just serve different stages of readiness.

There you have it.
A peak behind the scenes how I've set things up for you :)
