And honestly, that is the part I am most curious about.
How are you managing all of those communities behind the scenes right now?
Do you have team members helping you hold the different spaces, or are you still carrying most of the rhythm, outreach, member support, and content yourself?
I would love to hear what is working for you there, especially because you named outreach as the piece you would love to see working as an AI-powered system.
