I have watched this one man online (Average Guru) and he said that: DO NOT MAKE SHORTS! Because than the short viewers will destroy your retention on your long-form videos!
For the context who this guy is:
- He is making entertainment videos
- He is making shorts himself
Is this valid? And how should an educational creator look at this advice?
He is right! Do not make shorts if you are also making longs!✅
