This group is here to help you understand truck dispatch by seeing real dispatch work, real thought process, and real examples.

Every Thursday at 9 AM EST, I’ll go live for about 1 hour so you can watch me dispatch live, see how I review loads, how I think about RPM, lanes, timing, brokers, drivers, and the decisions that happen behind the scenes.

This is not meant to be a stiff classroom. It’s a relaxed place to watch, learn, ask questions, and get a better feel for how dispatch works in real life.
