Every Wednesday at 9:00 AM ET, I’ll go live for about 1 hour so you can watch real dispatch work and learn from the process. Here’s the basic flow so you know what to expect: 🕘 9:00 AM – 9:05 AM Quick welcome + dispatch situation update I’ll explain what we are looking at for the day, what trucks/lanes we are focused on, and what the current situation looks like. 🕘 9:05 AM – 9:45/9:50 AM Live dispatch with commentary This is the main part of the session. You’ll watch me review loads, think through RPM, lanes, timing, brokers, driver communication, and real dispatch decisions while I explain what I’m doing and why. 🕘 9:45/9:50 AM – 10:00 AM Questions I’ll answer questions from members and explain anything confusing from the session. A quick note: because this is real dispatch work, every session may look a little different. Some days may have more load board review, some days may have more broker/driver communication, and some days may be more about strategy and decision-making. This is a 53ft DryVan load with PU tomorrow and delivery on Thursday. Not the best one for this week but still good enough so we get a good positioning and enough miles for the driver.
