I’ve been in sales for ~6 months now, focused mainly on outbound calling, discovery conversations, and booking qualified meetings. I’ve gone through sales training, made real dials, handled objections, and worked full-cycle up to discovery. I’m currently in an IT-related sales role, but I’m looking to transition because the structure and direction don’t align with my long-term goals in sales performance and growth. I’m intentionally moving toward a role where expectations are clear, activity is consistent, and results are what matter.
