How are you managing material prep?

I've been talking to a lot of BCBAs and most professionals find themselves spending WAY more time than they want to making materials for programs like DTT. You've gotta get those stimuli and quality control is hard.

How you all are handing this?

Some teams will have RBTs make materials but quality can be too low. Other teams will have BCBAs making the cards but that ends up taking too much time that could be better spent elsewhere. Some teams will even have a full time person who just makes materials!
