You made it! This group collects tools from cognitive psychology, neuroscience and monastic self-reflection applied for a founders best work performance and life quality.
Tools from the standardized discipline of "Mental Performance" are widely applied for athletes, in military training, for founders and leaders with many responsibilities. Here's how to use this group.
Step 1 — Go to the classroom. All modules are there. Four domains: Physical, Mental Performance, Work Performance, Leadership & Vision. Each broken into specific, trainable skills.
Step 2 — Pick your entry point. Two options:
- Run the overall self-assessment first. It identifies your highest-leverage gap — the thing currently costing you the most without you necessarily knowing it.
- Or skip straight to the skill already on your mind. Trust that pull. It's usually accurate.
Self-Assessment:
Step 3 — introduce yourself. Write in short what problem your business solves, what already works well and what you struggle most with. The more open you are, the easier it will be to help each other in the community. Then lastly, name what area you chose in step two, what your current gap is. So we all can see each others realistic developments. No show, no pitching, but real improvement of work and life quality.
Step 3 — Train the module. Read carefully through the topic you chose. See what applies to your specific situation, then formulate your own mini habits to apply for 1-2 weeks.

Step 4 — Post what happened. This is the part that matters for the group. After you've trained a skill — even for one week — come back and post:
- What you worked on
- What you noticed
- What actually changed
Not to perform progress. To create a signal for every other founder here who's working on the same thing.
This is a training environment. The reps happen in your life. The results show up in your work.
Start in the classroom. Come back with data.
Step 5 — You worked on one topic, implemented a tool and saw improvement. This is the time to run the self-assessment again, identify a next topic to improve. The same process as before begins.
By iterating this process you learn in small digestible steps neuroscience & cognitive psychology applied for you specifically! You can work at you most efficient level, without burning out, but rather feeling more energized from your work.
