Whatever you want to achieve - Career, business etc
Imagine you're already there in the moment and you achieve the desired goal..
Feel it...
Hear it...
Smell it...
Everything in high definition and crystal clear...
What does you're environment look like? Where are you? How are you feeling?
I started doing this exercise every single day now for 10 minute, of course some days won't be good or you're in a rush or whatever and to that I say just do it for 1 minute..
Do this often and I promise you will achieve you're goals...
Obviously you gotta do the work not just visualising haha
But why is this important? when you do it you feel more excited and maybe you will get a tear in you're eyes cause you really want to achieve that goal...
A lot of you might think this is wishy washy unicorn stuff but every successful people you know has done this in their life... Like famous boxers do this...
Do this from today or from tomorrow, make it a habit or put it into you're daily schedule
If you're struggling I suggest do it in you're quiet room or outside in you're garden and start off with a spinning apple in you're head and have the image of you're goal in front of you
