Your not trying hard enough
You often say or see others saying I can't stop doom scrolling? can someone help? I can't stop procrastinating please someone help Look the truth is your not putting that much effort into it Have you actually sat down and Journal/record yourself? Spend time with yourself? Did tons of research? ( YouTube tutorials, reading, life experience etc ) If you really want to be the best and really succeed you gotta put in the effort man.. You cant always look for easy route, you gotta go down the hard route I'm going to be honest a lot of you won't succeed if you don't push for more.... And this might hurt you're ego.. Good So please after you read this or before you post something attempt to put effort into it, you gotta understand there is a part in you're brain that wants you to fail so you gotta take control over that part You think the 1% or 0.1% of successful people sit and find easy answers? No! they put EFFORT! I understand we have ADHD and we struggle to focus at times but putting effort is required to move faster.. So please if you really respect yourself and you actually want to win put some effort into an area you need to work on the most Experiment, research, read and you really really tried your absolute best and still not seeing the results you want then you are free to seek advice Very low effort = Hardly anything Low effort = Average results High effort = Better results Hope this helps! ✊🏽

Have you ever thought about this?
Next time you wake up try this simple 10 minutes exercise... Whatever you want to achieve - Career, business etc Imagine you're already there in the moment and you achieve the desired goal.. Feel it... Hear it... Smell it... Everything in high definition and crystal clear... What does you're environment look like? Where are you? How are you feeling? I started doing this exercise every single day now for 10 minute, of course some days won't be good or you're in a rush or whatever and to that I say just do it for 1 minute.. Do this often and I promise you will achieve you're goals... Obviously you gotta do the work not just visualising haha But why is this important? when you do it you feel more excited and maybe you will get a tear in you're eyes cause you really want to achieve that goal... A lot of you might think this is wishy washy unicorn stuff but every successful people you know has done this in their life... Like famous boxers do this... Do this from today or from tomorrow, make it a habit or put it into you're daily schedule If you're struggling I suggest do it in you're quiet room or outside in you're garden and start off with a spinning apple in you're head and have the image of you're goal in front of you
