Day 1
I don't know what to say. I am learning, quite well I must say, to not put pressure on myself. Even a small win is a win. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. I don't look at the whole picture when I get started on something. I just look at one task at a time. Even if I start it and don't finish on the moment, at least I started it. But usually, once I start one task, I usually finish. If I don't, no big deal. No pressure. I give myself grace.
