⚡ Founder Flow Habit: Single-Priority Morning I looked up one day and realized I had spent 6 hours on social media. Six. Hours. 😵💫 Wasting nearly half my day off on the most useless shit known to mankind woke me up. I felt so depleted from all the fake dopamine and mental stress. I only had the energy to do one thing: sleep. ⏰That night I went to bed early, set the alarm for 5am, and ignored my phone until I went to work at 730. I used that 2 hours to open a skool page, a facebook page, format some things, and get the ball rolling for the next task. Talk about a natural dopamine high! 🎉 The rest of the day, I felt clear, confident, and constantly looking for opportunities. It's literally insane how much of a difference doing real shit makes. Here’s the simple fix: ✅ Pick something that will get you ahead, work on your skool, go to the gym, etc, doesn't matter what, as long as you're doing something truly productive. ✅ Do it first thing in the morning, before email or scrolling. Seriously, no bullshit, no phone unless it's an important message I guess (we're still human) ✅ Protect that work time like your future depends on it–because it does! 🎁Bonus tip: Find a reward system for sticking to this! For me, I like sipping my favorite energy drink (but only if I'm working on my future.) P.S. Don't drink energy drinks, it's my worst habit 😅 👇🏻What helps you ignore everything and truly focus? 🤔
