Why this space exists (My Story)
This space exists because self-expression became one of the few ways I could hear myself again.
Not perform.Not cope loudly.Not explain everything.
Just listen.
There were times I didn’t have the words — but I could draw, scribble, write fragments, make shapes, or move color across a page.And somehow, that helped me feel connected again — to myself, to my body, to my emotions, to my intuition.
I don’t show up as an expert.I show up as a guide — walking alongside you, not ahead of you.
