Self portrait of my shadow
In pictures we always try to look out best. We delete or hide the candid shots capturing the parts we find not so flattering. It is necessary to realize our flaws and character defects are worthy of acceptance also. If any part of you disagrees, that's your ego, grab it and shake it loose while it's in view. Big hugs and high 555, Rockin Robin

Emotional Weather Check
Purpose: Build awareness of emotional states without judgment 5-Minute Practice: Pause and take one slow breath Ask: If my emotions were weather, what would they be today? Draw or write the weather description Finish the sentence: “Today feels like…” Name one supportive resource for this weather. Example my emotional weather today, is overcast with flood and tornado watch. The sky inside me is a weird gray green and I'm on high alert. My supportive resource for this weather is shelter, a place that is solid and I feel safe. My emotion I'm currently coping with is anxiety. I had to drive in the snow because I got stuck at someone else's house... Which was not very comfortable or friendly after 24 hrs. But I'm home, I coped with the less than ideal situation by building a fort and working on building this platform on skool. 🧠 Mind focus: Naming emotions reduces overwhelm and builds clarity

Step 2:Add one line, word, or color that represents what that feeling needs. Reflection question (optional to share):“What part of me is asking to be noticed?” You can post: - a photo - a description - a word - a sentence - or nothing at al Presence counts. @Michael Dailey great work!
Why this space exists (My Story)
This space exists because self-expression became one of the few ways I could hear myself again. Not perform. Not cope loudly. Not explain everything. Just listen. There were times I didn’t have the words — but I could draw, scribble, write fragments, make shapes, or move color across a page. And somehow, that helped me feel connected again — to myself, to my body, to my emotions, to my intuition. This class isn’t built from theory. It’s built from lived experience. I don’t show up as an expert.I show up as a guide — walking alongside you, not ahead of you.
