Soft Life, Hard Truths: Black Women’s Healing Space
Core Mission: Soft Life, Hard Truths is a healing-centered community designed to help Black women move from survival mode into emotional wellness, softness, rest, boundaries, healing, and self-trust. This space acknowledges the hard truths Black women carry while creating room for softness, joy, peace, and restoration. The goal is not perfection. The goal is healing

Welcome to the Community!
Hi everyone! I’m Ashley Foster, a licensed therapist, cancer thriver, and the founder of Foster Healing & Hope. I created this space because so many women are carrying heavy things — stress, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, infertility, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together for everyone else. Too often we’re expected to keep going without a safe place to process what we’re feeling. This community is meant to be that safe place. Here we will talk about things like:• Mental and emotional wellness• Healing from trauma and grief• Relationships and life transitions• Learning to rest and stop living in survival mode• Self-care that actually nourishes your mind, body, and spirit You’ll also find:• Reflection prompts• Mental health education• Group discussions• Encouragement and support from other women on their healing journeys My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. You just have to be willing to show up for yourself. I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍 — Ashley
