Our mission is simple: to give cyclists the knowledge, tools, and guidance to ride with more comfort, confidence, and performance.
Our community is led by three experienced cyclists:
- Joseph Clifford has 10+ years in the cycling industry as a mechanic and former bike shop manager in England, and has raced at National level in the UK.
( Dr Anders Liveroed, founder of Forward Bike Fit, combines 10+ years of clinical experience with 20+ years in cycling to help riders prevent injuries, improve comfort, and maximise performance.
- Elias Angell Spikseth is a former professional cyclist, UCI World Championship competitor, Head Coach of IF Frøy, and now leads our cycling coaching and training programs.
