I’m really glad you’re here. Formidable Force Evolution was created for women who feel the pull to become stronger — not just physically, but in the way they show up in their lives. For me, strength started in the gym… but over time I realized it becomes so much more than that. It becomes discipline. It becomes confidence. It becomes the quiet knowing that you can handle hard things. This space isn’t about perfection, quick fixes, or chasing motivation. It’s about learning to fall in love with the process of becoming stronger — one workout, one habit, one disciplined day at a time. Inside this community we’ll talk about: • Strength training • Building powerful, capable bodies • Nutrition that actually supports performance • Mental discipline and resilience • The mindset it takes to evolve into the strongest version of yourself You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. The Formidable Force Training Approach
One of the things that matters most to me in training is building a body that is truly strong and capable. Not just one muscle group. Not just chasing aesthetics. Real strength. In Formidable Force Evolution, we train in a way that builds balanced, powerful bodies. Yes, we build strong glutes and hamstrings — the posterior chain is one of the most powerful parts of the body and the foundation of real strength. But we also train upper body strength. Strong backs. Strong shoulders. Strong arms. Because being strong everywhere changes the way you move, the way you train, and the way you carry yourself. Our training approach focuses on: • Progressive strength training • Posterior chain development (glutes, hamstrings, back) • Upper body strength • Consistency and discipline over time • Learning proper form and movement patterns This is not about quick transformations. It’s about building a body that becomes stronger year after year. Strength takes time. The Formidable Force Philosophy
At some point in life, many of us realize something important. We are capable of far more than we once believed. Strength doesn’t always begin in a gym. Sometimes it begins in difficult seasons. Sometimes it begins after things fall apart. Sometimes it begins the moment you decide you’re no longer willing to live smaller than who you really are. For me, the gym became a place where I started rebuilding. Not just physically, but mentally too. Showing up. Doing the work. Keeping promises to yourself. Over time, you realize the weight you’re lifting isn’t just on the bar. You’re building discipline. You’re building confidence. You’re building a version of yourself that can handle hard things. That’s what Formidable Force is about. Not perfection. Not comparison. Just the steady process of becoming stronger — physically and mentally — one disciplined day at a time.
