You restart Forge 30.This challenge builds identity through integrity — no catch-up, no stacking days. 3. Do my workout numbers need to be impressive? No. Your numbers only need to be honest.Forge 30 is about self-competition, not comparison. 4. Can beginners do this challenge? Yes. All movement blocks are scalable.Your effort and consistency matter far more than intensity. 5. Can I repeat Forge 30? You can, however we have progressed challenges or a clear path for your growth after so there is no need. 6. Do weekends count? Yes — weekends are required. The Weekend Protocol strengthens fulfillment, presence, and emotional alignment. 7. Do I have to post on social media? No. Social sharing is optional, but it boosts accountability and spreads the movement. 8. What happens when I finish? You unlock access to the next NEUXIST challenge, earn 30 days of free community access, receive 50% off Forge Your Wellness Foundation, and are added permanently to the Finisher Roll.
