You don't need injections, you don't need to starve or feel deprived.
You don't need supplements, you don't need to drown in protein, and tbh, you don't have to lift heavy, intermittent fast, or even work out if you don't want to.

After decades of emotional and binge eating, I found the way and the why to low-effort weight loss and maintenance. The biggest bonus was finding emotional healing and closeness to God in the process.
