The diet industry is a crime scene. It doesn't have to be this hard! You don't need injections, you don't need to starve or feel deprived. Journal = Power
One of the best things I learned from Jaqueline is the power of the journal. I used to HATE using those “fabulous” calorie/macro tracking apps. It was so annoying to me to have to input every bit of food I ate, amounts, etc. and then I would obsess over hitting my correct macro and calorie totals. If I didn’t (whether over or under), I felt like I failed - again. It became entirely about managing numbers rather than identifying patterns between what I ate, how I felt, how my weight responded, and using that information to adjust accordingly. The journal changed all that! Jaqueline reframed it as using the information as data and observing how that data affected my body. By identifying trends and being able to see a direct connection between what I ate and how I felt, I felt so much more in control of my weight loss rather than feeling like whether I gained or lost weight was some mysterious process that seemed to happen to me. Game. Changer. I still use the journal to this day!

Jaqueline is the best!
The results speak for themselves - down 16.7 pounds! I literally have never lost that much weight in my life! Beyond losing weight (which was awesome), I learned so much from Jacqueline about food, how it affects my appetite, and how to strategize to deal with all sorts of food obstacles that come up in life (parties, travel, restaurants, etc.). I now feel in control of my body and I know have the knowledge to maintain my success going forward. That’s huge! Last, but certainly not least, Jaqueline is delightful to work with. She listens, laughs with me, cheers me on, and sometimes gets more excited than I do with the “small wins.” She changed my life and I am forever grateful!
