Bread Making 101 is happening in 26 days
Does it feel like a full time job to decide what to cook everyday ?
It sure does to me! All the people who cook for their families, Friends at home I want to tell you it's a huge job , so good job πŸ‘ deciding what to make for breakfast, snacks , more snacks and dinner perhaps dessert or sweet snacks, ITS A JOB!!!! I've spent 15 years helping people in my local area and I'm currently looking for my skool pod of people who want to share learn and grow together in this new economy of crazy food prices. I went to the close corner grocery store to look at fresh cuts of meat and I'll tell you today isn't Beef's day it's Chickens week for sure! Everyone also has colds except me so it's definitely a chicken soup 3 days of stock time! So yes Im off to decide what to cook πŸ§‘β€πŸ³ I'm going to practice how to remove unwanted members soon And I'm also in process of creating some free classes I have bread making up currently it's a work in progress but I'm going to offer several more free to those who like my tidbits so far but still work in progress! I need food buddies where are you πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Food obsessed
Food Obsessed why me? I'm obsessed with food costs and I'm obsessed with why everything keeps getting more expensive. Not by a little but by a lot now . my friend is really good with numbers and he is constantly spouting off percentage hikes on products on every spectrum to me, weird numbers flying around in my head all the time when I look at prices πŸ˜³πŸ€“but mostly food and housing costs like gas electric cars and houses and then food.so pretty much everything . Personally I think that the big guys have taken a million liberties and a whole ton of excuses to ramp up the dollar signs and get rich while the rest of us get poorer. The basic necessities increase substantially right in front of our eyes. All we can do is talk about it, put it out there then find a way to cut the bill. Not buy the crap they sell! We go back to the food basics of creating and we only buy what is important. Some companies will lose for sure and they should, I would like to see McDonald's fail in my lifetime, yes I said it I'm done with McDonald's as a choice for food ! Its price of food is outrageous. In sone parts here they are still try to charge you for a bag. No way we be making our own stuff now or at least I will ! I know there are some people out there who feel this way and I want to find them lol we need to talk! If you hate McDonald's and want to not waste your food money I've got some recipes to cook out all your foes and replace them with homemade goodness! Like I said I'm obsessed in a good way! I made a video about it once I posted for you guys! I was mad about the bags!!

Make your own birthday cakes so much cheaper
These are my pride and joy, I did not have to go to the store and buy it I would have had to skip my electrical bill lol 😝 store bought is a waste of time and taste so I made it myself! The first pic was a mini but only cost me $12 in ingredients and I hand some left over for another cake! The second pic is my ice cream cake adventure! Ive cream cakes are so much money now at good ole DQ it's crazy 50% price hike for ice cream 😳 In the end I saved and made some fun cakes, fiends loved it and I will now be forever home making birthday cakes now! Super homemade hit!

Make your own birthday cakes so much cheaper
What I saved from making my own dough this weekend Plus what I made and saved
I made 2 loaves white and grain White bread store bought price is $3.99-$7.99 one was whole grain so slightly higher My cost using already purchased product Estimate $0.89-$2.20 a loaf homemade! I fed 4 people for 3 days with the bread products I made at home I halved the white loaf for breakfast toast for the boyfriend The other half I made croutons for salad and spaghetti croutons my fav πŸ₯° The whole grain is my fav so I halved croutons and other half is my breakfast toast for a couple days. Leftovers I dry out and I get a jar of bread crumbs ... yum yum πŸ˜‹ Making pizza dough is literally $0.50 per dough if you make it your self I made some prosciutto pizza with my dough made 2 thin crust. This was devoured by my team and I made one for the freezer to save me from a snack store run! I also used my last jar of homemade pasta pizza sauce πŸ€“saved $1.99-3.00. Time to do a new batch!! So recap of savings Order out pizza $50 + for family OR Homemade pizza $800-$12.00 for fancy home pizza Homemade croutons large ziplock bag cost maybe $2.00 to make x2 Store cost $10.00 ++ x2 $35 for homemade croutons style big squares of homemade bread toasted so deliciousπŸ€“no no no store bought I do not even think you can buy these in the stores to be honest! This was a lot of fun to prepare and implement and honestly the gratifying feeling of doing all my own bread and saving the money that I did was enough! I felt better after dinners this week with absolutely no preservatives and junk! Stay in the loop as I'm currently creating a course around making bread 101 by moi!
