WHAT ARE YOU STILL CARRYING?
Yesterday, we started with: Who am I now? Today, I want you to look at something that can be harder to see. Who are you still trying to be? Because sometimes we don't realise how much energy goes into maintaining an identity we've already outgrown. Maybe you're still trying to be: The woman who never needs help. The woman who keeps everyone happy. The woman who never says no. The woman who has everything under control. The woman who doesn't disappoint anyone. But here's the question: Does that identity still belong in your life now? You don't have to reject who you were. That version of you probably got you through things you couldn't have imagined at the time. But you are allowed to ask whether she still needs to run the show. Today's reflection: I have been carrying the identity of someone who __________. It has helped me __________. But I'm ready to release __________. Because the woman I'm becoming needs __________. Don't try to create a completely new identity today. Just notice what you're ready to put down. That's where the shift begins. 💛

WHO AM I NOW?
Let's start here. Because an identity shift isn't about deciding you're suddenly going to become a completely different person. It's about recognising that you may have outgrown the identity you built in an earlier chapter of your life. Maybe you've spent years being: The responsible one. The strong one. The people-pleaser. The one who keeps everyone else together. The one who doesn't make waves. And somewhere along the way, that identity became so familiar that you stopped questioning whether it still fits. But here's the question I want you to sit with today: Who are you now? Not who you used to be. Not who everyone else expects you to be. Not who you think you should be. Who are you becoming? Take a few minutes today and complete these: I am no longer the woman who __________. I am becoming the woman who __________. Then ask yourself: What would change if I actually started living from that identity? That's where we're beginning. Because before you can confidently step into your next chapter, you have to start recognising the woman who is going to walk into it. 💛 Share your answers below if you're comfortable. I'd love to hear what you're discovering.

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING?
Whether you realise it or not, every decision you make today is shaping the person you're becoming tomorrow. Every time you follow through. Every time you set a boundary. Every time you take a courageous step. Every time you choose a habit that supports the woman you're becoming... You're reinforcing your identity. So let's make your intention visible. Complete this statement in the comments: "I AM becoming someone who __________________." Then tell us: What is ONE decision you'll make today to support that woman? Don't overthink it. Choose one thing you can actually follow through on today. I'll personally respond to your commitment, and I want us to encourage one another too. 👇 Let's not just talk about the women we're becoming. Let's start showing up as her.🌿

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING?
YOUR LIFE CHANGES WHEN YOU DO
The life you want begins with the person you choose to become. Success isn't built overnight. Confidence isn't built by waiting until you feel ready. Both are created through the small, intentional decisions you make every day. And sometimes the smallest decision can be the one that starts changing everything. So let's make this practical: What is ONE small decision you can make today that your future self will thank you for? Share it in the comments. 👇 Then come back later and tell us when you've done it. Because it's one thing to know what you want. It's another thing to take the step. And that's where Follow Through comes in. 🌿

WHAT ARE YOU BUILDING?
Your future isn't something you find. It's something you build. Every decision. Every habit. Every ordinary day. Each one adds another brick to the life you're creating. And here's something to think about: Some choices strengthen the future you're building. Others keep you connected to an identity you've already outgrown. So take a moment today and ask yourself: What is one "brick" I need to lay consistently to build the future I want? Complete this sentence in the comments: "The future I'm building requires me to __________________." Don't overthink it. Choose one thing. Then share it below so we can encourage you and hold you accountable. 👇 Your future is built in the choices you make today. 🌿
