Hey guys, Here is the TOL for this month. I will be posting it on the main site for everyone there to use as they see fit. Please remember to look at the documents that were sent as well. I don't think I missed anything this time, but there are two levels and things are different for different days. I chose to include the off days in red for those of you like me that don't do anything the easy way. I rucked over 12 miles just Saturday and Sunday this past weekend with an 18.6-pound pack and have been doing 1-3 miles with it for over 3 weeks now. I also spent two hours a day at one range Saturday and Sunday and 1 hour at another on Sunday with my rifle. so, I am not bragging just trying to get ready for FMTI class this next week and trying to get into the best shape of my life after losing 106-pounds. I lost a lot of muscle, and this is helping me get it back. You do you as it states on my form and the others. By the way, my wife says I'm a bit crazy!
