Help please! Confused about the perfect offer

Hi all! I've been trying to apply the perfect offer course to a montessori bilingual school, here in France where I live.

In this case who is the customer of that school? is that the parent or the child? or do I have to go through each step of the perfect offer for both? if yes at which point it should merge?
