A framework that the beauty industry is actually missing.
Hey Skool community π My name is Jordan Wang. I have spent the last 15 years in the beauty industry and nearly a decade running a commission based salon. During that time I have worked closely with hundreds of stylists and noticed something interesting happening again and again. We spend years mastering technique, yet very little time talking about how our careers actually align with who we are as people. That gap between soul and career is what has become deeply interesting to me. Before posting here I wanted to spend time building tools and resources that could genuinely support stylists in thinking differently about their path in this industry. My hope is that this space becomes more than just another community. I would love for it to be a place where we explore the deeper side of building a meaningful career behind the chair. I am excited to connect with everyone here and learn from others who also feel there is still white space in our industry waiting to be filled. I am curious to hear from you. What part of the beauty industry do you think needs to evolve the most right now?
