I found this in an email newsletter from the Medium Blog this morning. It reminded me of our gratitude theme this month. I LOVE this idea!!

(Melissa DePuydt) My variation on this is that on days when I feel like I haven't gotten anything done (rough days, sloggy days, putting out fires days), I write an "end of day" list of every single thing I did that day, which is always MUCH greater than my saggy feelings might suggest.
