For the month of November and Thanksgiving, we often focus on gratitude, as Summer has mentioned. I want to share a powerful practice that I’ve had for years of journaling out all the things that I am grateful for. I do this as often as I need and sometimes I’ll stop right in the middle of my workday and just grab a notebook and start writing out all of the things that I love, or that I’m looking forward to my life. It’s so simple and so powerful.
If you haven’t tried it, take just a few minutes and use pen paper or a notetaking app and give it a try!
