Lending Question
I have a property that’s a turn key rental that I’d like to purchase do you have any recommended lenders?
You mentioned this in one of your videos. I feel like I see so many lenders out there and get so many messages it’s hard to know who to trust!
The PP is around $250k. It is vacant but already renovated. I’m purchasing an assignment contract. Rental numbers are between $2000k and $2200.
