Just something that came up in the comments that got me thinking...
A lot of new investors feel like they need to learn every strategy first flips, rentals, wholesaling, BRRRR.
But trying to understand everything at once usually just slows things down.
It probably makes more sense to pick one strategy and actually go through the process, then expand later once you understand how it works in the real world.
So, what was the first strategy you focused on when you started, and would you choose the same one again?
