Yesterday I held a virtual property tour with 3 cash buyers. We walked the 2 units with owner; while using Gmail video chat. The buyers could ask questions.
I told asking price, letting seller know I priced properly higher to give buyers wiggle room to make me an offer that I still get an acceptable assignment fee.
I told the buyers I will follow up, Tuesday, get EMD and start title company search. We will close in 9 days.
