Skip Tracing
Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you guys well. Can an expert help me out with the following two questions? I want to skip trace a list in my county which is Prince William. However, I am just concerned about a couple of things. One, the list that I generated, says that out of the 50 properties I have, there are zero on the market and zero sold. Is that a good or bad thing? Also, Is it ok that I searched by county and not necessarily by zip code? Or do you suggest I do one list by the county, and another later on by zip?
