Re negotiated to Close deal
Hi As far as 3077 Chisca Duplex, the seller came down from $83k to accept $75k. My buyer agreement on $80k. I get $5k assignment fee on my 1st wholesale deal.
I am editing the contracts and will send them along with $5k EMD to title company tomorrow.
I am excited to see the wire into my account.
