Hey folks, I have this seller that I have been working on for almost yr he finally agreed to let me get the house no money down. The catch is I am to change the title from his name to mine once the Deed is recorded in my name I am to take the deed and secure an equity loan for a$100k the house was last appraised at$240k he would like the transfer of title done quick and easy without a lot of paperwork. What’s the best way to handle this without the long drawn out process?
