I’m Raven, based in Connecticut and the Triad area of North Carolina and working across NC, Southern VA, and South Carolina.

I’m in the real estate investing space with a focus on bird‑dogging, wholesaling, and virtual assistant support for investors who want reliable boots-on-the-ground or behind-the-scenes help.

A little about me: I come from a background in TEFL/TESOL education, which means I’m big on communication, clarity, and systems that actually work. I’m detail-oriented, patient, and organized. The kind of person who enjoys turning chaos into clean workflows. Outside of real estate, I’m deep into permaculture design, homestead planning, and worldbuilding/creative projects, so I bring a mix of structure and creativity into everything I do.
