70/80% investment comps
Hey guys,
Does anyone know if we use 80% investment for all of CA when comping or is it just in major Cities like OC LA San Francisco and surrounding areas? I have a property I’m try to comp but it’s in Lancaster CA still LA County but the area is like the desert.
Please help if you know the Lancaster area…
