Want to share a way of thinking that changed my life.
The more people I talk, the more I expose myself in social media and the more moves I make…it’s translate in making more money and having more results. Money likes speed and action not staying still . The fastest you act towards your goal the fastest you will change your life and current situation. It takes money to make money. You cannot really believe that you can become a millionaire without spending a single dollar. That you will be able to start a business only with info from YOUTUBE. You have to invest in yourself, in your business and I know that is extremely uncomfortable. But GROWING is uncomfortable!!!!! You think that when I decided 7 months ago to go all in in land flipping I wasn’t super scared? That’s I loved the fact to pay three different land coaches $7000 to learn from them? The money that I worked so hard for?….you think I wasn’t scared to spend $1800mo to buy the softwares and learn something new? OF COURSE I was scared. And that feeling is NORMAL. But if I haven’t done that I would never be in the position that I am right now. Doing 9 deals and trying to make more than $200,000 flipping land from my home and with all the proofs!!!!! But you know why some people are successful and others have to work a 9-5 forever? Because successful people STILL take action regardless of being afraid. If you keep trying you’re gonna WIN. If you think is scary and expensive to start your own business now…just wait when you’re older, have less energy, have more responsibilities and it’s way harder to take risk…and you will see the expensive BILL OF REGRET. You know what is my biggest fear? To be 80 years old in my death-bed thinking in all the things I didn’t try because of my fear of LOSING. I’m not afraid of losing…Im afraid of not even trying!!! Most people don’t even try and that’s the sad Reality. If you’re in this group feel proud of yourself for trying to learn something new and change your life. TAKE ACTION and I promise you will be rewarded. Don’t do anything and you will stay exactly the same forever.

Most investors talk themselves out of deals before they even make an offer. “I can’t offer that… they paid way more for it.” You’re not negotiating with what they paid. You’re negotiating with where they are TODAY. People’s situations change—fast. Job loss. Divorce. Inherited property they don’t want. Tax issues. Burned out landlords. Bad neighbors. Zero time. Zero interest. That number you see from 5, 10, 20 years ago? It means nothing if their current goal is simple: get out. I’ve bought plenty of properties under what the seller paid. Not because I’m slick… But because I actually made the offer. Most investors disqualify deals based on assumptions. Operators make offers based on reality. Stop underwriting their past. Start solving their present. Make the offer.

1% improvement every single days compounds quickly!! Today I : -recorded some ads for my skool community -talk with some interested buyers of my lots -talk with my students -sent 1000 text messages -did some calls to warm leads. Everyday always making progress .
