Perhaps it is the first thing you see or feel guided to.
With intention, decide where you are going to move that object to.
Next, move on to the next object.
Do this a few times and notice a sense of trust in yourself coming back...
... knowing that if you tell yourself you will do something, you will do it.
Although it seems small, that energy of self-trust can stay with you and translate into a feeling of confidence for the bigger things.
