During my next set of blood draws, I would appreciate your office request from your lab, the following values that are key indicators of metabolic wellbeing. ๐ฒDHEA sulfate test ๐ฒSerum Cortisol ๐ฒVitamin D ๐ฒMagnesium ๐ฒCalcium ๐ฒZinc ๐ฒIron ๐ฒFasted Glucose and/or Hemoglobin A1c (โHbA1cโ or just โA1cโ) ๐ฒHDL (good) and LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides ๐ฒC-reactive protein (CRP) - inflammatory markers ๐ฒTSH test for Free T3 & T4 hormones, thyroid antibodies including TPO (thyroid procitis) and anti-thyroid anti-globulin bodies, ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) Based on the lab values, my coach and I will be more informed to adjust my meal plan, nutrition and hormone balancing to help me reach my health and fitness goals and to achieve optimal metabolic health.
