Optional qualifier:“Are you using it for Uber, DoorDash, etc. or personal use?”
2. Capture Lead (VERY IMPORTANT)Add to Google Sheets:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Reason for use
(This is how you build your book of business)
3. Pre-QualifyBefore moving forward, confirm:
  • Valid driver’s license (21+)
  • Good driving record (no major violations)
  • If rideshare: earning ~$700–$1,000+/week
4. Background CheckLet them know:“I’ll be running a quick background check before moving forward.”
(Use Intelius or similar)
5. Present Offer“We have [vehicle] available.Unlimited miles, no deposit, insurance included.Price is $___ per week.”
6. Lock Them InIf they’re ready:
  • Send pickup/drop-off details
  • Confirm payment
  • Schedule pickup
7. Follow-Up SystemIf they don’t book:
  • Keep them in your spreadsheet
  • Follow up later when availability opens
Goal:Always collect info, always build your list, always follow up.That’s how you stay booked and scale.
