Hello and welcome to the Flamingo Residents community at Miami Beach. My name is Kristian, and I moved to Miami from London in March of this year, later moving into Flamingo Point in June. In the UK, I run a recruitment consultancy that recruits HR hires on behalf of technology startups and scale-ups. With a team assembled in London, I've moved to the US to develop our business in the North American market. Around Flamingo Point you're likely to see me walking our black greyhound, Snazzy, each evening around 8pm. Also love using the gym here most evenings during the week, and mornings at the weekend. I've decided to create this new community as a means to help people get the most from their time as a Flamingo Point resident. I've met some wonderful people since moving in here, and would love for that to continue. There have also been various moments where I thought it would be great to have someone to ask a quick question to. Additionally, I'm certain there are ways we can help one another through networking and offering our expertise to one another - in particular, people like personal trainers, beauticians, etc. Feel free to ask me about travel recommendations for the UK and some parts of Europe or anything related to recruiting or job hunting.
