Finished up the bathroom floor tile yesterday. Came out looking pretty good.

In June 2022 we arrived to find the house we planned to live in in really rough shape. Here are some pictures of what it first looked like.

Brant switched out with Eric and Mark and came in to help with the Electrical and plumbing work on the house. Between the 16th and the 20th he rewired most of the house bringing it all up to code, then on the 20th Josh Rhea and his insulation team came in and spray foamed the whole house up to the roof.

This place was rough. We ended up removing everything including insulation to get the smells out.
