Vi propongo un progetto Recuperare un locale storico o non (anche area urbana da recuperare) per creare una microroastery,a Perugia (tra le 2 università) Dove non solo si possa finalmente godere il caffe,un turismo lento,un laboratorio alchemico,uno spazio sociale(dove gli stakeholder e associazioni possano tenere corsi,dalla termodinamica ai percorsi sensoriali) Una jam session mattutina,un ambient…lento,relax.Soprattutto una parte dell incasso devoluto x i paesi produttori!! Good evening coffee lovers, I've recently bought a French Press cause i always have to make coffee for 2 people, I've tried 27grams x 450ml water, mid coarse grind, boiling water off the kettle, coffee tasted good but I wish I can extraxt more sweetness and fruitiness, any advice?

Thats a wonderfull coffe,picked by Uganda. Remember..Uganda have more different varietry of coffe.Thats really heart of world,than have a different crop😘 Look like so…but re an awesome coffee,give body to the brew
