Are you a mouth breather? I was - at night and during sports. When I changed that, my health changed.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours exploring breathwork — from 4-7-8, Box Breathing, Wim Hof, Buteyko, Breath of Fire, Tummo, circular breathing, sound baths, and more. I’m a certified facilitator through Loka Yoga and have trained at multiple Joe Dispenza retreats.
After all of it, one method changed my life the most.
