How to fix issues with bouncing tracks in Logic?

Suddenly I’m having trouble when bouncing/printing tracks in Logic. Pops, skips, strangeness…

I thought it was an issue with working from sessions saved on my external hard drive so I’ve been moving sessions back and forth, still no resolution.

Has anyone experiencing this found a workaround for it?
