I woke up at 0230 and couldn’t fall back asleep (typical, and I didn’t even drink today) so I binge-watched the videos in the classroom.
I was going to ask here if there is a combo of supplements specific to our own makeup we should purchase but I see in the vault that you have the link to the YouTube video so I’ll watch that first!

I ordered the BioRestore supplement, I already have a high quality fish oil and Magnesium Glycinate, so hopefully I can find the rest of what I need in the video.
I LOVE the fact that you explain the science behind everything, the gut / brain connection, the receptors, etc. It makes it make sense to me and keeps me so intrigued on how our bodies function.
I’m interested to see if and / or how this will affect some other issues I deal with - Restless Legs Syndrome - I’ve had it for 25 years and I’m on Ropinirole for it so I can sleep. Also a sleep med to help with the ADHD “insomnia.” I am wondering if what I will feel is more of a calming effect since that seems to be what I struggle with when I’m not in a highly structured environment.
Lastly….those poor lobsters and their low serotonin. 😭 I hope it doesn’t last very long, like a bunch of depressed lobsters just sad about existing bc they lost a fight.
