How much money did you spend on alcohol when you were drinking heavy?
I was probably spending about $15-20 a day probably around $500 / month
What did this cost me ?
How many times did I apologize?
How many times did I say no to certain family and friend events?
Was this selfish?
What about my health when I wasn’t at peek?
