Feedback on working with Manuel 🏋️
I started my journey with Manuel in September 2022, and it was one of the most positive and life-changing decisions I’ve ever made.
I had always been very slim and struggled to gain weight and muscle mass. When I started working with Manuel, my main goal was to change my body composition, get stronger and build muscle. I had been training by myself for several months before, even following another coach’s program, but I didn’t see any significant results.
In my first year with Manuel, we put together a plan with a calorie surplus and a 4-day-per-week gym routine. I went from 65 kg to 76 kg in around 10 months, most of it being muscle mass, as I kept quite a low body fat percentage.
Manuel truly helped me understand the fundamentals of training and nutrition. Thanks to him, I learned how to perform exercises properly, what their purpose is, and how to approach nutrition to reach specific goals. In the last months, we’ve been working on new goals, and Manuel has always been very flexible and supportive in adapting our plan to fit my schedule and lifestyle.
All the knowledge he shared with me and the habits I’ve built since then allow me to enjoy benefits that go far beyond fitness - they carry over into every area of my personal and professional life. I’ve never felt more confident or had as much physical and mental energy throughout the day, whether at work or in any other activity, as I do now.
More than a coach, Manuel has become a friend throughout this journey.
