Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of information about creatine and how it can be beneficial, specifically for women.
We all know that physically speaking men are stronger that women and I read that creatine can be really helpful to give us energy to workout better, specially in the period of our menstrual cycle that we are weaker.
Is this true?
