Hello everyone, I feel I'm at a turning point and doing way better.. was just having a bad day. I do have a question though, I had the lactose free plain Greek yogurt with chocolate whey protein for the 1st time the other evening and I experienced heart flutters for quite a few hours and I tried it again last night and the same thing happened, so I'm just wondering if it's just from the sugar in the powder because I've had no sugar at all since I started this meal plan not even in my salad dressings. Anyone experience anything similar?
