Workout help
I am so fucking confused if I should go all in on weightlifting and become supers strong for a year from now and give up on martial arts completely , should I bulk or cut since we are on summer , should I mix martial arts with weightlifting (it’s hard I have tried it but failed to recover properly ) ,I can’t even workout hard because the moment I lift super hard I feel dizzy and about to pass out ,any advice is useful!
